We're so confident in the materials we use that we offer a lifetime guarantee on all our "small" furniture items. These include: shelves, mantels and console tables. We only cover domestic use with commercial use not covered. It does not cover damage by misuse, wilful damage, neglect, accidental damage or bespoke items.
Our products should not be exposed to extreme heats such as: open fires, stoves or radiators as these can cause distortion in the wood. Wood is a natural product and so will have natural amounts of movement seen to be typical. These are not covered by our lifetime guarantee.
Natural Movement
Please see our products and materials section of our T's and C's for information on what we deem acceptable in our products. A brief overview however, is that wood being of natural origin, small amounts of movement such as surface cracks, shrinkage, swelling and minor twists should be expected and we feel adds to the character of your products. Larger cracks and twists which would deem the product unusable will be covered by our guarantee.
