We hand-pick sustainably sourced European oak which is full of character including knots, medullary rays and fantastic grain making every table unique and beautiful. We fill knots and fine cracks with epoxy resin for a smooth finish on all of our benches.

Why Solid Oak?
Structurally stable Oak is a very strong wood species providing long lasting products. It has reduced amounts of movement once kilned dried. Ours is dried down to furniture manufacturing moisture content.
Carbon Negative Impact - due to low emission transport methods and reduced manufacturing process and the lifespan of oak proucts means over the products lifetime it will be carbon negative.

Each piece of wood is handpicked and full of character from nature. These may include: incredible grain patterns, knots, medullary rays and small hairline cracks from drying.
